Mobell good job with the organization.  I see its going very smoothly and very civilized.  I'm about to hop on a flight to chi town for an interview so I just wanted to drop a quick suggestion before I bounce...

...when blk and I had discussed the possibilities of moderating the board together, we had bainstormed creating a neutral account that the top two people can have access to in the event that Andrew is opposed to making 2 actual moderator accounts. That way 2 moderators can still make the necessary changes from the single moderator account and tag team the board together.  Just an idea.
