Can we have a special "what are my chances" forum here?

It seems that there are more and more of these. While I don't mind stating my opinion, it's sometimes pretty irritating to see the same post like this in every single subforum here. Since this question is common, can Andrew start a seperate section for this topic?

What are my chances posts are dumb. First of all, usually the posters just post a GPA and LSAT and expect you to tell them their chances. Can't they go on the US News website and look at GPA/LSAT medians?
If they can't figure out how to do that, I would say their chances are not that great... maybe that is what they need to be told.

Bonkers: face facts: there are always going to be those posts here...it's part of the whole forum idea...for those who are clueless to rely on others rather than their own research to get help making a decision that will affect their whole life.
They may be dumb, but they won't stop posting

Yeah maybe they just need to be pointed in the right direction... some of them anyway. But then there is sh*t like that guy who wanted someone to post one of Laura Ivey's sample LOR's, since his boss had asked him to write his LOR himself.
There is just so much wrong with that... someone who wants to be a lawyer asking in a public place for others to violate copyright law so he can then plagiarize the content for a LAW SCHOOL APPLICATION... the fact that he KNOWS where the letters are, but is just too lazy to steal them and type them up himself so wants someone else to do that for him...
ARGH!!!

sara, I enjoyed the formal approach you used to the problem, but no matter how many times we point people to those sites, they still post the same stuff, time after time.
