IN AT VANDERBILT???

IN AT VANDERBILT???

Is anyone in at Vandy and might be planning on going elsewhere?

Here's my story: I have reliable information that I am at the top of their waitlist.  However, an admissions officer also informed me that a couple of people need to come off of the waiting list in order for me to be accepted.  With my sister going to undergrad there and my girl friend living in ATL, Vandy is perfect for me.  If you are planning on going somewhere else and are holding a spot at vandy, please, please, please notify the admissions office, so that we hopefuls can have a chance.  Otherwise pray for me...

Is anyone wavering on their decision??? Anyone??

Second that - please withdraw any apps, people.  VHopeful, out of curiousity what are your numbers.  I haven't heard back yet but Vandy is my top choice.  I think I'm a long-shot with a 2.93 gpa and 166 lsat.  Trying not to get my hopes up.

Yeah, I think it's a bit early to worry about people withdrawing apps.

Is it though?  This is when early decisions go out.

Yes.  Early decision is binding.  No one who gets in can withdraw, unless they are not going to law school next year.

I understand that, Senor.  But early decisions from other schools are also being sent out.  Those who are accepted at other schools via early decision are obligated to withdraw apps from schools where regular decisions are pending.
