Experimental Section

My TM instructor told us that since the new version of the lsat, in 91, there hasnever been an experimental section in 4 or 5. What do you all think about looking ahead during the test to determine what the experiemental section is, good gamble or very foolish?

I was thinking more about this and realized it is a gamble and a stupid one, because if you go in to the test with that strategy and the experimental section is an LR section, there would be no way to tell which one it was even if you did look ahead, scratch this idea, lol.

Actually, assuming that the experimental is always in the first half of the test, you WOULD usually be able to tell which one it is. Have there ever been tests in which LR were sections 4 and 5? If you had three LR - two of them in the second half of the test - you would know that the first one was experimental.

Still, it's all too risky. Not to mention a waste of time....

If you're caught looking ahead during the test, they could and should throw you out in a heartbeat.  Just take the test like everybody else; anyone that tries to outsmart it will only get bitten.
