I say don't retake it and apply to the schools you want to go to. If you don't get into any of them, you can plan on taking a year off (advised by many of my current law school student friends and something I am now doing) and take the test again in June (which is the ass kickin time to take it anyway because it is at 1 PM. If you get in, great, your set, if not, take the risk that you don't do much better. If you do better, reapply with your one year work exp. and a complete transcript, you will improve your chances regardless. If you know you want to go to law school next year, apply to schools you think you can get into early (earlier is always better, at least after Oct., and take the test again. You won't get your results until Dec., but if you do improve, you can apply to the schools you want to go to. I don't know much about those schools, so I can't say anything about your chances. As a white male without significant EC or any WE, I would look at the median LSAT and GPA at the schools and if yours is not at least at that level, your chances are not that great, but remember, there is no chance to get in if you don't apply (I know that is obvious). Anyway, good luck and I hope at least something I said helps.
