why go? If you already have apps down (reapplying) and you aren't an EXCELLANT shmooser... what is the benefit?

I can't make this, but I think I am going to try to go the Georgetown's info session on Aug 12.  I'm already out here interning, so I might as well have a look around at a few schools while I'm here.  Hopefully I can take a few half days from work to do that.

thanks, I am also interested in the "insider's perspective" of what benefits other than raw info there may be in attending. Not to hijack the thread ( :-X ) but I if anybody who IS GOING please say so and why

are the school representatives usually adcoms or students or what types? I knew I wouldn't go just to plug myself, but if I ask a question about an app, wht a student thinks may not matter as much as someone is gonna be making a decision 4 months later
