My sister is very thin, diets and excercises all the time (in fact she is certified as a personal trainer) and still has saddlebags. So, basically Twarga's right.

Hey, all I know is that since I had the lipo in 2003, my thighs (both inner and outer look really good).  My size is the same, but I look really good in jeans now.... just ask hubby!   :-*

Please do not take this the wrong way, but did you get a lower body reconstruction of some sort?  Your plastic surgery sounds much more severe than the procedure I desire.  I do not have saddlebags and do not anticipate looking different in jeans.  I just hope to have more space between my thighs.  I do not want to change the overall shape of my legs…I like my genes :)

I had no lower body reconstruction like a leg lift.  I had simple lipo on the inner and outer thighs.  I think you underestimate the power of a good Hoover-job.  I used to have that pointy hip and inner thigh blob.  Gone!  The doctor told me how many cc's he removed from each thigh, but I said, "I'm a housewife, speak to me in cups and tablespoons."  He said he removed about 1/4 cup of fat from each inner and outer thigh.  That's a lot.  My legs look more toned and sleek now.  All from a simple lipo job.  Nothing fancy.

For the record, lipo isn't necessarily for fatties.  It's a good procedure for people of average size, like me, who want to get rid of fat that does not go away with diet or exercise.  I had fatty inner thighs and saddlebags that didn't go away, even though I'm physically fit (military) and quite thin.

oh, i didn't meant to imply that it was only for the grossly obese.  i just meant that the thought of having lypo will keep my at my current size (you couldn't find anything to suck off if you wanted to).

yeah, lipo would be pointless for an obese person.  where would the doctor begin?

another question (sorry, but i find this stuff fascinating), did your skin suck back to normal?
