Help with Private Loan Rates?
« on: June 18, 2005, 01:25:08 PM »
I have a question about applying for private loans. I've been researching websites like access group but they say they will give you anywhere from LIBOR + 2.55 and up. Is there any way to find out specifically what rate they will give you without committing yourself to the loan. For example if i select on their website apply now will that process committ me to a loan from them or will it simply give me the rate they are willing to give me. Thanks

Yeah, you can fill out the information and they will tell you what rate they will give you. You dont have to sign it so you will be free to check out other lenders.
