Boalt and UNC are the only true GPA whores, off the top of my head.  The other UC's too, but to a lesser extent.  Maybe W&M and some others, but also to a lesser extent.

Boalt. HYS-like GPA medians (3.7-3.9), UCLA-USC like LSAT medians (160-168)

There really aren't that many true GPA whores. The UC law schools do tend to favor GPA more than others, but aside from Boalt, not by an exceptional degree.

UCLA is a marginal GPA whore (T-14 GPA medians, lower LSAT's) And I have heard that UNC is like that too, but don't know for sure.

Public schools seem to favor GPAs more than other schools do.

W&M
UNC
UVa (somewhat but you still need a good LSAT)
Boalt
Texas (still need an LSAT)

These are schools where an LSAT alone does not seem to get you in at all.

Boston College, look at their LSAC data report and you will see that you're better off with a really high gpa and mediocre LSAT than a mediocre gpa and 170 LSAT.

I second the W&M nomination.  And I think it helped me.

BC is a huge GPA whore. I was surprised that it is one of the hardest schools to get into outside of the top 15 schools.

Seems odd to refer to schools that take GPA into account to a larger extent as "GPA whores."  I've heard of "LSAT whores," but that label is used because people are angry b/c they think the LSAT is an unfair test of ability.

In any case, I'm not willing to give you ten with supporting evidence  ;)  Just don't have the time for that.

But my impression is that Boalt is a biggie -- probably takes LSAT into account less than any school in the country.  Iowa and Ohio State also take GPA into account more.

Rutgers-Newark also takes LSAT into account more.  But they look at things like diversity and work-experience more than most schools so I'm not sure how much they would be "GPA whores" as much as just LSAT-haters.
