Forgive me if this questions betrays ignorance on my part, but why would a university state that their application deadline is Nov 1, yet they will accept the February LSAT?  Is it possible to apply without having taken the LSAT??  Any help would be appreciated.

Is it a US school? I've only seen a nov deadline for early decision or early action apps.

You still have to write the LSAT to be accepted to Canadian Schools.  The application is due November 1st but they will hold off decision until they receive your marks from the February LSAT.
