Stetson is the the first law school in Florida - 1900 vs. 1909 for UF and I find it hard to believe that supposedly so many people have never heard of it even in Florida. I hope to see if improve in the rankings sometime in the future.

I find it interesting to look at past posts of people pushing a certain school forward....it makes you wonder if Miami has some people on payroll here, especially when they try and try to push Miami into second place.

it's what i call the "espn" effect

i think that people tend to favor schools such as uf, fsu, and miami because they have great name recognition due to their football teams' success.  schools like miami have gained greatly in terms of their national reputation because their name is always out there because of their top notch sports programs...

Yep, I hear you.

Although, I am a nole (grad and post grad) and want to attend Stetson. I would never invest so much time trying to promote either school or negate other schools to put them into and promote unrealistic rankings.
