LOL and why is everyone so scared of property? It was the most interesting to me and I had the hardest prof in the school

i'm most worried about torts because i hear typing speed can be an advantage for issue spotting exams.  maybe i'll take this one by hand.   :(

Oh I'm not thinking in terms of exams.  I've just heard that prop has some really tough material at certain points.

I'm good at math so the rule against perpetuities didn't phase me  8). But most of it is logical reasoning. (Especially estates in land and future interest)

This is what I'm afraid of.  Lacoste doesn't do math.

Just remember 21 years after the measuring life. It's not addition and subtraction, more like logical equations. You know Bolean Equations and the like.
