I haven't been in one personally, but I hear they are fairly difficult. Many are upper-level classes that would normally assume some basic knowledge, which makes them difficult. Normally low percentages of the people who do these programs get accepted, and you must typically work as hard as in law school. I believe they are also graded just like law school, so you have to beat the curve to get accepted.
