Urgent Question re: EMORY 2nd deposit form

I'm sending my deposit in today but I noticed that the deposit form which I have to sign has only two choices:

1. Going to Emory for sure (...see no reason which will prevent me from attending.)
2. Not going to Emory

I'm decided on Emory, but will not attend if I get off the waitlist at another institution. How should I address this? Should I just put a check next to #1?

Since the first deposit form had an option to 'tentatively attend', I was assuming that the second deposit form was supposed to be your 'final' decision. But I'm not sure if a waitlist acceptance is really something 'forseeable', so I think you might have some wiggle room there.

Just check the first one and worry about that problem if it arises. You should not feel guilty about withdrawing later because they did not give you a viable option to mark.

Check the first one for lack of options.  They have to understand some students will be getting off waitlists at other schools and no longer attend, they way they word the form leaves you no choice.
