NYU doesn't exactly have dorms but they do offer on-campus housing in apartment buildings.
As far as top 14 schools - I know Michigan has the Lawyer's Club which is their ls dorm.  And doesn't Harvard have dorms?

Yeah, he's a quote from top-law-schools.com about NYU:

"A combination of an amazing location in the heart of Greenwich Village, an academic reputation always amongst the top ten law schools in the nation, all housed in beautiful facilities make this a tough combination to beat."

Do you know if its seperate housing though? And do I get to live there year-round? or will I have to move with in my parents house after each semester is over?

The housing at NYU is pretty nice.
As the earlier poster said they are actually renovated apartments.

For the undergrad housing you had to pay extra if you wanted to stay during the summer, but it was definitely do-able.

Can you get a loan for all this or do you have to pay immediately?

You can use your student loans to pay for housing.  At NYU, however, I think you have to send in a housing deposit along with your tuition deposit, which is before most people get their loans.

New York Law makes an arrangement through another school to put some students in a dorm in Downtown Brooklyn.  Brooklyn Law school has several different buildings that students live in, ranging from studios to shared apartments.  They also have a huge brand new building that will be opening next year - all are in Brooklyn Heights.
