Notre Dame has a JSD and is Non T14

The reason why T14 is special is because they have JSD programs while non-T14 do not.  UCLA, USC, BOSTON..etc do not have JSD, While even Georgetown (the lowest T14) has one.

Are you kidding? Other than the Penn (PEnn in XOXO speak) trolls on that board, Penn gets trashed all the time. Maybe not at the level of Boalt, Michigan, Cooley or PCL, but it certainly can be considered TTT.

Some people never took a W in a class, shouldn't they get credit for that? It doesn't seem harsh to penalize people for taking W's in courses, I know plenty of people in UGrad who tried to finesse their GPAs doing this.

If there are extenuating circumstances to your Ws, write an addendum and explain them to the adcom
