How much money is enough
« on: May 11, 2005, 09:57:16 AM »
Kent gave me 10k, plus living at home, plus the money I have saved would probably allow me to come out in the black or break even. My other schools, of which I have no certainty of getting into (BC, W&L, Iowa, Wisc, etc) would send me into debt, anywhere from 75-120K. Is it worth it to go to one of these schools? Does it really make that much difference?
LSAT 159 GPA: 3.825

It would be worth it ONLY if you don't plan to work in the midwest in the case of Washington and Lee and Iowa. If you plan to stay put after graduation, the only reason to leave is if you'd get into a T13/14/15 school. Even without the money from Kent, I'd go there.

Don't worry about it until you've been admitted
