letter from dean goodnight saying they will not use their waitlist because too many people accepted their acceptance.  sucks.  i wonder what happens when people drop out prior to first class.  i guess they will keep some reserves.  oh well.

so, according to that statement, it is possible that, even if some admitted applicants decide not to attend, miami still may not go to their waitlist. :-\

good luck to all, regardless.

it was basically a rejection letter...

i imagine they left a few people off that bulk mail list just in case some people withdraw before classes start.  have fun in miami.  if nothing happens with villanova or fsu, i'll be in nola another year and reapply in '06.  by the way, the big apple deli is pretty good on maple.  went there for the first time today.

thanks, and good luck to you lawfool.  haven't checked out the big apple deli yet; i make my rounds at my few favorite restaurants and very rarely waiver.  if you are looking to move and relocate for july 1st, and be on a parade route, feel free to send me a pm.

I got mine yesterday on my birthday.  This would have made it a terrible b-day if I didn't get an early birthday present from FSU last month (which will also save me a shitload of cash).  I hope you get into FSU for the fall....best of luck...

Those of us that have not received the letter rejecting us from the waitlist should hear back in July. I am still hoping for an admit, but from the looks of it so far, I will be going to Florida State.
