Rmp1030, I was hoping that you would post! Did Suffolk call you? What did they say?

Yes, the Dean called me on Tuesday! I got the acceptance packet in the mail the next day.

Also worth noting, and as I posted the other day, I interviewed with the Dean last Wednesday. Additionally, I recently submitted an alumni reccommendation.

I was accepted to New England as well and mailed in the $500.  I am also on the waitlist at Suffolk but have yet to hear anything back.  I know that you can get back the $300 at New England this week, if you let them know before July 1st.

I've been waiting for a call from that list.

I spoke to the admissions office at Suffolk today and they said that they would be reviewing waitlisted candidates again before the end of June and anticipate a few spots being open...

For what it’s worth I was accepted in January, sent in my first deposit, but have since decided to forgo sending in my second deposit.  The second deposit was due today, June 7th, so hopefully you'll all be getting calls soon.  Don’t give up, it’ll happen.  Good luck.

I'm wait-listed at Suffolk and am meeting with someone (apparently not the Dean of Admissions) on Tuesday. I'd love to touch base with Rmp1030 for any words and/or pearls of admissions wisdom.

Rmp do you know someone in admissions?  I'm wondering why you got off the list so early when there are others with decent numbers who haven't heard anything.

Suffolk keeps telling me they haven't opened the list yet but I take that at face value.

I recently, formally met with the Assistant Director of Admissions and she indicated that indeed, they are in a holding pattern with regard to the wait-list.
