Sorry to hear about your rejection from Syracuse. :(

One of the reasons I refuse to call schools to get my status updates is because I can not bring myself to find out my fate from the secretary answering the phones.

Better luck with the two you are still waiting to hear from. What school are you in at?

UDMercy and New England School of Law--  Which of the two is better overall?  I am leaning to New England.

UDM has a strong alumni base in Michigan. Very little national reputation, but great if you plan to practice in Michigan. Check out the websites of some of the top firms in Michigan (Dykema Gossett etc.) All hire largely from UDM. Starting salaries are okay. Placement is high also.
