Status Checkers...Do You think they count the number of Attempts?

I wonder if adcomms log the number of times an applicant checks their status online?  Maybe that's a good way for them to determine interest, especially after most of the first deadlines.

I can see it now...pretty soon, someone will automate their PC to repeatedly check the status of each school on it's own.

I have a friend who worked in a law school admissions office and she said that the DoA would pull up this kind of information for fun sometimes. Then they would laugh.

Perhaps this is why some of my schools have been pending for a FULL SIX MONTHS WTF, maybe you could pull away from the status checker statistics and MAKE F=ING DECISIONS
