Pre-Admission Summer Trial program at GMU
« on: April 29, 2005, 11:23:18 AM »
I just got a letter from GMU inviting me to participate in the Pre-Admission Summer Trial (PAST) program.  I was originally waitlisted in March.  It says, they are not able to offer me admission, but if I participate in PAST, they MIGHT let me in.
Cost $300 refundable if not accepted afterwards.  Also, if accepted, it's only for the PT program.

I will not be participating.  I'm headed to USD.  Justed wanted to let people know to expect this sort of letter. I live in DC area, and the letter is dated 4/28/05.

I got a letter dated 4/29 as well.  It was an update form w/postcard asking if I am still interested in the waitlist...they also said that there is a small # of applicants currently on the WL.

See, if only we could trade these acceptances. I'd gladly swap my GMU for your Hastings, Shortckt, and if you weren't using that Notre Dame, Kristay, I'd take it off your hands.
