Rejected by Whittier!

I was a little surprised to get rejected...though I applied late (early March)and my LSAT blows.  I decided to throw in another "safety" application...$50 I wish I could get back!! :'(

I have a 3.66/149

Yeah, I don't get what they are doing.  They waitlisted me (I know, wrong thread), but I got into similar schools that have better regional reps.

Whittier apparently has a hard cut-off for the LSAT at 151.

I was actually going to say that I bet if you scored 1 point higher - 150  - you would have gotten in.

Perhaps it would have taken 2 more points like DB just suggested.

Sorry to hear Leo. It sucks that so much weight is put on your LSAT score because it seems that you have so much to offer a school. Good luck!

sorry to hear bout that as well.

some schools REALLY weigh lsat heavy, and i think it is kinda dumb


loyola seems to have more or less of a 158 cutoff, with a few exceptions on lsd (like two)

there is even a guy that got rejected there with a 157/3.9  come ON!

schools should look at the whole picture, i agree   :(
