Its french dip day at my favorite deli and I'm wondering about whether i should eat it now.
It has alot of protein in the beef and I'm not fat but I want to be ripped. Is the sandwhich a good compromise or should i stick with shakes?
Also, I feel like what happens when I get too big (muscular) is that I have to fight it everyday from turning into fat by keeping an ever more aggressive routine.
Please help!!!!!
