Letter of Continued Interest

How do i go about writing a letter of continued interest, who do i address it to, and what do i include in the letter.  I am on the prioirty wait list at Baltimore and i very badly would like to attend, any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks

Hey guys,

I'll also be writing one of these letters. One question though-- if the person who signed the waitlist letter is the Associate Dean for Admissions, should I address him as "Dean ___" or "Mr. ____"? This has always been bugging me.
