You guys are soooo right!  Even if some mugger didn't steal my wallet, Penn would have gouged over $100,000 from me.  Pity party officially over!   ;D  Now where were we?  Oh yeah... that guy found his wallet in the couch cushions or something.

I understand. I lost my driver's license the other day. Fortunately, $10 and 10 minutes at the DMV, which is two minutes from work, fixed all of that. DMV is one thing the Commonwealth of Virginia does well.

I am glad I don't have to get a new Fl DL. The new ones are ugly. I have had Dls from 4 states since I turned 16. Which was not that long ago. crazy.
