pookie, i envy the end of anyone's admissions season as mine will most likely last until september 1.

gl, trot!  i hope to see you in the haven in the fall, if that's where you'd go over your other options.    where are you leaning without yale in the picture?  that's quite an impressive list in your signature.

i sent in my deposit to stanford last week and am pretty excited about it.  i'd love to go to yale, but don't have my hopes too high. even without yale in the picture, it was a tough decision, but i think i made the right choice for me. 

and the fatalist part of me thinks that the gods of the admissions season want me absolutely to go out to the west coast to try something new.  had i got into (or should i get into) yale, that wouldn't have (won't) happen.

i don't feel like bumping a month-old thread, so...

got my rejection letter last week (saw it last night when i got home from vacation).  will update LSN at work tomorrow.  was hoping for a WL so i could have a rejection-free season.  oh well. 

it's ok. stanfUrd sucks anyways. GO BEARS!

I called yesterday too and found out i was rejected. But those Stanford folk are so nice. What a class act.
