You can ask Access Group which agency they'll use based on your zip code.

I have about 10 credit cards (most at least 3 years old) and all have been paid on time.  I also have a car loan that has been paid on time.  I don't know why or how they would calculate my income.  It's not on my report.  And what would my income now have to do with my ability to pay back my loans after I have graduated from law school?
Access Group has told me repeatedly and it is on their page that they only look at the score in determining creditworthiness.

I was just approved for my Access Group loan.  My Experian credit score is a 739.
Now if only I could bring myself to sign the damn thing...

I just called.  They would use Experian for me too.  Which is good because my Experian report has no errors that I would need to contest on it and my score is around yours, so I should be okay.  Okay - now I'm relieved.
UVa it is!

I'm likely going to use northstar for my loans, but I've always been too cheap to pay for the credit score. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where to go to get these little numbers? Should I just go directly to each company, or is there somewhere I can get all three?

if you want all three and are willing to pay, go to myfico.com (i have a 20% of coupon code if you're interested).  i'm not sure where you can get all three for free.
