By numbers (2.6/152) I thought Id be dinged, but the fact that they held my application from October until today made me think I had a chance. 

WTF couldnt they have offered me the summer online program?

Looks like Im gonna reapply next cycle.

Only PSU and New England Waitlists

Sorry to hear about the Albany ding. It sucks that they held your app so long.

The online AAMPLE program was for people with LSAT scores that were lower than their average score, but the applicants had to have shown that they would succeed in law school in other ways. Maybe your LSAT score was competitive with their applicant pool so they did not offer you the program? Not sure. But sorry either way. Good luck with your waitlists. :)

sorry to hear that you didn't get in! After reading your post I checked my mail but I still haven't heard from them so I called and was informed this time that they dont' give out status updates on applications over the phone! I replied that I had been told for the past three weeks that my application was still w/ the admissions committee to whcih she replied they don't give that out over the phone and hung up on me!
