I actually saw familyguy ask this question but just curious, anyone waitlisted at their top choice opting to defer for a year (to improve LSAT's, gain experience, optimize application, make money, travel, etc.,)?

I e-mailed UC Davis today about the status of their class and waitlist.  The director of admissions, Sharon Pinkney, e-mailed me back and said they have a class of 207 right now and were hoping for a class of 190, so it appeared unlikely that they would use the waitlist.
