Well I was not expecting to get in anyway, but at least they were nice about it.  It is probably a stock comment in their letter, but they encouraged me to consider transferring if I am still interested and do well my 1st year

All my applications went out around Thanksgiving, but for my other materials, 1 LOR did not get in until around New Year's.  A 2nd arrived a month later.  Then I sent them an updated transcript as my grades had increased in my fall semester.  From the looks of LSN, they are mainly doing rejections/wait list now
