1. I suspect that we eat a lot more venison in the North than people in the south. My high school, for instance, got two days off for deer season (first day of buck season is mandatory in PA, or it was at least).
2. There are plenty of honky tonks in the north, just not in the cities. My parents live 5 minutes from one.
3. It's become cheaper to have someone else change your oil. Plus they lube your chassis (which is sexy!). It's a pain if you don't have all the good tools to do all that yourself. and when you can get it done for 12 dollars, it just becomes pointless to do it yourself unless you enjoy it.
4. I am so ready for elk meat. I've been told many times about its supreme tastiness, but I've never been so lucky as to receive a bite of it.
