Is anyone planning on not paying for the tickets because I'll give you $30 for your extra ticket!

I could be wrong but I don't think it works that way.  I think you pay your sports fee and then you can use your cane card to get into games for free.  I don't think other people can transfer their "tickets" to you (unless they give you their ID and then you have to deal with the ushers).

DARN IT!!!!!  Stupid technology!  What would they do about married people?  Would one person sit with the students and one sit in a "real" seat?  That would suck!

I don't know how excited I am to sit in the student section period!  Have you read the story about the UM Law Blogger who got pee'd on in the stands by some drunk undergrad who was sitting behind him?  I'll try to track it down for you.

No way!  The worst that has ever happened to me was the one time SMU ever scored, everyone was jumping up and down (very drunk) and an entire cup of pepsi was spilled all over a gorgeous white shirt. Yes..we dressed up to go to football games.

i think the Health Insurance is automatically charged to your account in the Fall semester unless you show proof of other insurance beforehand.  I remember reading that somewhere, but I cant find it now online, so i'm not too sure..

goingtomiami:  That sounds about right during rush hour.. but it should be more like 15 minutes without..

djladyjo, thanks for the info!

so it is safe to assume that the backroads get congested during rush-hour as well, right?

Does anyone know when I should call to have my water and power connected? I want it all turned on 7/15, so is now the best time? Also, who do you guys use for DSL and/or cable internet providers. I've been told to check out Adelphia, but I HATE them :) I'll only need it for internet - I don't need a home phone and we have DSS for cable TV (I need my TIVO!I love TIVO!!)
