i'm a bit bored on the real estate talk.. no offense.. But I was wondering if any of you know how they split the sections of our class? and how many sections there are?? Just curious.. I'm soo anxiously awaiting starting school already.. i know they say to relax and enjoy the last summer before law school.. but i'm not good at relaxing.. especially when i feel like i've begun my lame duck session at work.. no incentive to do an outstanding job.. so i've been shopping for law school items, while I still have an income.. but even thats getting boring.. anybody feel similarly?? or are most of you still in school and just studying hard for finals??
I have that info around here somewhere. I'll look it up. I believe there are something like 6 sections. Some classes have two sections while LRW has half sections. I will try to dig up the info to tell you for sure.OK, this is what I dug up (as of Spring Semester 2005). There are 8 sections (I think 2 are part time) A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H. For the required 1L courses there are two sections for each class (example: Criminal Procedure=Sections A and F together)while for the LRWII class the classes contain 1/2 of a section (A1 in one and A2 in another for example).

Cool thanks!! Do you know if they randomly place us in a section? Do they compare our index numbers and mix them up? Is it done in alphabetical order? I don't think it really matters.. just curious how it works..
have any of the out-of-towners started looking for apartments yet? i was thinking of using a referral/apt. finder service. is this a good idea? do you think they can find something pretty nice/cheap?
Hello all! So I'm officiall going to Miami in the fall. I can't wait! I never thought it would be the kind of city I would want to live in, but after visiting and reading about it, I stand corrected. I'm a little intimidated about finding an apartment, but I'm confident that it will work out. I'm 26, currently in Boston looking for a brief summer job. Spent the last few years in Japan. What else? I love books and music above all things, and wine just after. Proximity to the ocean is essential to me. Right now as I'm typing this I'm looking out at boats going by. My favorite foods are sushi, honest-to-G-d Italian food, and curry. Like a previous poster, I was a DJ during college, though I've lost any skills I might once have had. That's about it. Can't wait to meet you all. The prospective students I met while visiting were amazing, really nice and not at all arrogant. You all seem great too. Talk to you later.
