I received my congratulatory call a few mintues ago.  I am in moderate disbelief.  I am an out of state applicant.

Well I called today and asked if a 'no call' last week means a rejection or what.  They said they are letting people that don't know either rejection or waitlist by the END OF APRIL. 

Are you joking?  What was going on with my file since November? I hope mine was at least used as a coaster for a strong alcoholic drink.

So if you haven't heard from UNC you are either waitlisted or rejected? No chance of acceptance from here on out?
