Hey all, does anyone know how American notifies? I've heard that they send e-mails as well as letters, but thus far no phone calls from them --- any stories?

I got a package in the mail. No e-mail or phone call. Check the sticky-thread for notification methods.

I got an email and a packet in the mail the same day.  I think I'm going to withdraw early next week to make room for some other folks.  Good luck!

That's total crap Pepe.  I was so looking forward to expanding my video collection  :-*  Alas I do not yet know where I'm giving up American for.....just know that it isn't for me.

I just got a packet in the mail..

Then yesterday I had a missed call and a voice mail from the Dean?? I thought that was weird.. I was admitted about a month ago.. I called back but he hasnt returned my phone call..

It was funny.. I'm hispanic and he pronounced my name perfect(noone ever does) and had an accent.. so I looked up his CV online.. and sure enough, he's from Chile..

Anyhow, anybody else get a call from him?? I wonder if he wants to offer me tons of money to go to American (I'd probably take it).. or just was reaching out to "urm's"...

I'm really undecided still as to where to go.. AaaaaH!  :o

american sent me a large white, fat, huge, enevelope like 3 weeks ago. inside is a dark blue folder with mounds of pamphlets. good luck!
