What is the salary range for a 5th year associate in small firms in CA?

The firm as 8-9 attorneys.  It is located in Orange County, CA.  It is a civil litigation/insurance defense firm that handles general liability, etc.  The monthly billable is 185.  What is the typical salary range for a 5th year associate in  a firm like this in CA?  Thanks

Go to abovethelaw.com; search salary; find a result with a schedule; subtract around 50k.
