Actually...what happened at New College is it lost its WASC accrediation. It had nothing to do with the Law School.  The net effect is that students cannot get federal financial aid anymore and the law school cannot operate without those funds.

i'm impressed by the airball on the retake:

"New College of California School of Law July 2007 California Bar examination first-time takers pass rate: 24% (6 passes out of 25 candidates). Repeat takers pass rate,: 0% (0 passes out of 28 takers)"
