T25 ---> T20

So I love my school, but for personal reasons relating to my fiancee taking a job in a new location, I am interested in transferring.

Basically, I currently go to a T25 and want to transfer to a non-west coast T20.

Any ideas on what kind of rank I would need? Is it basically the same top 10-15% as everyone else, or do I have more leeway?

But just my opinion...I think even with mediocore grades (say, maybe only top 50%), you should be able to make that transfer if you have a somewhat compelling personal reason.  Good luck!

top 10-15% from a t25 should give you shots at t10 schools.  check the stats in the transfer apps databases, but i agree, if you're in the top half, maybe a little better, and you have a compelling reason you should be competitive, assuming the school you are looking at accepts transfers.
