Is it OK to send excerpts of writing samples? I have an 11 page memo from last semester but it is not my best work by any means. I am much more pleased with the motion memo i did recently, but it is 18 pages (14 pt font). Can I cut this down and send it?

I heard it was just not supposed to exceed 10 pages ... and that almost always means an excerpt.

Just use your discussion/argument section (maybe w/ a little excerpt that explains the context).
