2L with question about 3L Fall Recruitment

So my 1L summer I worked for a small firm in my hometown and this summer I'll be working for the State AG.  I decided not to do fall recruitment this past year since I felt that it wouldn't be worth it given my rank (top 50% @ a Top 50).  This year I improved my grades and had some work experience and now I'm considering participating in fall recruitment.

My question: would it be a waste of time to do Fall Recruitment my 3L year given the fact that I didn't do it my 2L year and that I'm not working for a firm this summer?  Thanks.

Fall recruitment requires about an hour worth of work (writing a cover letter, updating a resume), so Id say why not.  If you arent what they want, they wont waste your time or theirs interviewing you.  take a shot.

I would do it unless you actually don't want any of the jobs offered. If you do want the jobs then I would go for it.
