Appellate Brief

Does anyone have any advice on how to write an effective brief?? Any website that might explain the process (how to write the point headings, lead, etc.)????

I agree.  Garner is a LW god.  And check out the law library.  Or go ask your LW professor for some additional help.

You might also check out Mary Beth Beazley's "A Practical Guide to Appellate Advocacy."  It's quite helpful.
