I have an interview with a trial judge. Do I call him Judge X? Your Honor? Something else?

if its anything like my interviews last year, you may not even meet the judge.  All I got was his clerks.

Yep, you call a judge "Judge X" unless she says otherwise. You could also go with "Your Excellency" or "Hey you with the big head."
