How Quick does GULC make decisions

I was wondering if you get all of your application materials in on
Feb. 1st if anybody has experience as to how quick GULC will make
decisions. It seems in the past that most people get accepted in
early April but I was wondering if people ever got accepted in Feb. or
March? Thanks.

A buddy got in early admissions last year but turned it down for yale.  Anyway, dont think he heard till a few weeks before finals and he had to be a pretty strong candidate.  Therefore, I wouldnt really expect to hear much earlier then april.  Good luck though.

Check the yahoo transferapps database for last year... I forget what day it was but a bunch the first chunk of people all heard the same day- that date will not be exact but will probably reflect a period of time to be looking for a decision.

I got a positive response by, I think, mid-April.  It was definitely before Easter.

Overall I had an A, A-, B+, B, B-. 

The A and A- were the only classes which ended fall semester, and so, those were the only two grades on my transcript.  A's counted for 4.33, so I applied with a 4.16. 

I pulled up the lowest of those grades second semester, kept the other two the same, and got one more A in the Spring and was also able to get into some other T14's.

You applied with only two grades?  I'm applying with 4, A,A-, B+,B+ (3.53) at a high t2.

Do I have a chance?

I think you have a decent chance.  Not really sure though but I would think the more grades you have better.  I am in the same boat.  I have 4 grades. A+, A, A, A- for a 3.946.  One would think that the more classes that you can show you did well in the better off one is.

 When you submitted your application, you had a 4.3, correct? And you also applied to Boalt? Did Boalt wait for your grades?  Where did you end up going and how do you like it?
