Restricted gifts

I have been doing a lot of research on restricted gifts but having a hard time coming up with a legal issue to do my 30pg paper on. Can anyone think of some legal issues involving restricted gifts (funds to universities or by corporations) to write a 30 page paper on for my non-profit organizations class? Any bit of help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Nor does it make it some magical exception to the dont be a feminine hygiene product code.  Dude was asking for a general idea not a ****ing term paper.  Don't be a feminine hygiene product.
