Looking for suggestions for third party study materials for contracts and property.

Is the "Examples and Explanations" series good?

I liked Chirelstein and Emanuel's for Contracts.  Chirelstein for a look at the big picture.  Emanuel for details.

I like Crunchtime.  Short, small, and to the point.

Unlike my first semester exam answers, apparently. :D

NYU outline bank is decent if you want to download an outline that kinda sums up an area of law.  The NYU kids tend to be very verbose in their outlining, so its basically a summary of the material.
