In preparing for OCI, a lot of firms are wanting a writing sample. However, legal writing is a course the SECOND semester rather than the first at my school. We did do a memo (with little guidance) that counted for not much in our classes last semester -- and I'm wondering if I should submit this.
Does anyone want to proofread it for me or at least give me a critique on what an employer might think?
