3.5 GPA on a C+ curve at a T4

I realize there are a lot of similar threads on here... but I was wondering if anyone had some insight on my chances at GULC with these numbers.

I would say you are top 12% and above...  Maybe even top 8%...  Chances at those schools depend upon which school you are coming from.  Also, you must remember for GU EA that there are going to be tons of people from T4's applying with grades in the 3.8-4.0 range...

A 3.5 GPA with a C+ curve (3.33) probably puts you in the top 25% but probably not the top 20%. I'm looking at multiple schools where the curve is C+ right now. It may be different for your school, but if your school is like these others, you're probably top 25%. From a tier 4, that won't be enough to get GULC and certainly not Berkeley. American you may be able to do, however.

Do you guys think it matters that my LSAT was pretty average and my UGPA was downright awful?  I've read that these factors are not really even considered by most schools.

I think you should apply, though you may get deferred.

Whatever happened on the LSAT and in UG is completely irrelevant now.

Don't slack off and try to do well this semester.

It will be harder to get those grades this semester b/c your classmates will wake up and focus on better preparing for exams, but if you do well this semester, you will have some great transfer options, even if GULC doesn't bite on EA.
