yea, i wouldnt be too certain on G-town EA just because I know several kids from top 25 schools with 4.00+ gpa's applying EA there.  It seems like the thing to do and its a good thing to do for them in case grades suck second semester.  However, the kids that are at the top 25 schools will get into much better schools then G-town and will end up declining the acceptance.  So, you will have a significantly better shot at getting in regular admission, but I think they just defer and wait for grades, so i dont see a downside in just applying now and seeing.

Judging by the past couple of years, 3.5 at my school is probably top 5%.... I don't know whether that will help anyone's analysis in any way.

And the curve is actually closer to a C than a C+.

Does anyone else think that applying for a regular transfer would be BETTER than doing EA, for a person in my position?
