Hello future 1L's going to OSU
I am a current 3L at OSU and am moving out of my house this coming May. I am looking to rent my 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath to some future law students. Term would start in August (unless you want earlier) and rent would be $980 per month. I would guarantee not to not increase rent your entire time in the house for your entire 3 years (if you decided to stay longer than a year). It is about 15 minutes door to door from the law school and close to Easton as well. There are other professional students in my neighborhod including a Dentistry student and a Phd student both within 4 houses from me. This is a good and cheap option over South Campus Gateway and other expensive campus housing.
